Refund Policy

At PrintKOK, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our support team within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order will be locked for processing and cannot be adjusted.

If you receive a defective item that is significantly different from the sample or description, damaged due to our manufacturer or the carrier's fault, or false from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you with a refund or replacement without the need to return the old item. Please note that it may take up to 35 days for us to process your request.

To process a return, please email us at support@printkok.com with your order number, unboxing video and photos of the damaged/faulty product, detailed photos of the front and back of the product, and information on the shipping label.

Once your refund is approved, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to show up on your statement. Please keep in mind that our policy only allows you to request a refund or replacement within several days of receiving your items. We do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements if you change your mind after receiving the product in good condition. Additionally, we are not responsible for any lost or misdelivered packages.

Shipping Policy

All items offered on PrintKOK are made-to-order, ensuring the best quality for our customers. Our production time typically ranges from 2 to 4 business days. Once your order is produced, the estimated shipping time within the U.S is between 2 and 7 business days.

We partner with major e-commerce logistics companies such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, Australia Post, and Royal Mail to ensure reliable and efficient delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package. If your package is delayed beyond the estimated arrival date, please contact us for assistance.

It is important to provide the correct shipping address at checkout to avoid delivery delays. We are not liable for orders that go to the wrong address or are returned. For orders returned due to incorrect addresses, a re-shipping fee will be required. Please note that once your order leaves our warehouse, any carrier-related requests (redirects, forwards) come with risks of loss, theft, or damage for which we are not responsible.
