All items offered on PrintKOK are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print that item/s just for you, one at a time for the best quality!

While we mostly print our products in-house at U.S facilities, we also source from suppliers worldwide to provide our customers with a larger range of goods. We only collaborate with vendors who adhere to our rigorous quality control guidelines and standards. So, your order will go through 2 stages before reaching you: production time and shipping time.

Production Time

The time when your order waits in the production queue until it is produced. Our production timeline may shift daily depending on overall order volume.

However, most of our products have a production time of 2 to 4 business days.

Shipping Time

The estimated delivery time for orders will depend on your location. While we work closely with our logistics partners to provide you with accurate delivery information, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once your product(s) are in transit, any delays are outside our control.

The estimated shipping time in the U.S is between 2 and 7 business days.

Shipping Carrier

We partner with all the major e-commerce logistics companies, notably USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, Australia Post, and Royal Mail.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive email notification and can track it on our website. As we will continuously pass items for fulfillment once facilities are available, the products in your order may not finish at the same time, ending up some orders might be split into multiple parcels. This leads to multiple emails and tracking numbers, and worry-free as your shipping costs remain the same when you order.

Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package. If tracking is not available, it means the carrier has not processed it yet; tracking will show once it is scanned.

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated arrival date, contact us via for assistance.

Important: National carriers might use regional carriers for final delivery. If this occurs, contact them or us for accurate shipment details.

Incorrect Address

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:

  • Mistakes or omissions we detect may prompt us to contact you for updates, leading to delivery delays.
  • We are not liable if your order goes to the wrong address or is returned. Orders will be sent back to our shipping partners' warehouses for disposal. Please check your shipping address before contacting customer support.

For orders returned due to incorrect addresses, a re-shipping fee is required.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, any carrier-related requests (redirects, forwards) come with risks of loss, theft, or damage for which we are not responsible for.
