 1. When can you modify/cancel your order?

If you wish to modify/cancel your order, please send us via email urgent@printkok.com with your order number and adjustments you want to make. We will confirm after the adjustment or cancellation has been done.

Note that your order is only eligible to be modified/canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be adjusted. 

2. What are the reasons that you can return items?

All products are custom-made to fit your specifications so we cannot process any returns. However, you can request a refund/replacement unless you receive a defective item which is:

  1. Significantly different from the sample or description that was presented to you;
  2. Damaged due to our manufacturer or the carrier’s fault;
  3. False from what you ordered.

Note that you need to contact us asap when receiving a defective product. We will check and support you with a refund/replacement without having to return the old item. Once your request is approved, it may take us within 35 days to proceed. Depending on how you paid, it may also take 3-5 business days to show up on your statement.

3. What do you need to do to process a return?

Contact us at urgent@printkok.com with following information attached:

  • Order Number
  • Unboxing video and photos of the damaged/faulty product (different photo requirements depending on level of faulty)
  • Detailed photos of the front and back product
  • Information on the shipping label

4. How long does it take to process a refund?

We do our best to process your refund within 35 business days. If your refund is approved, we process it right away. However, depending on how you paid, it may take 3-5 business days to show up on your statement.

5. Other notes for PrintKOK customers

  • Our policy only allows you to request a refund/replacement within several days counting from the day your items are delivered. If you received your item more than 30 days ago, we cannot offer you a refund/replacement.
  • PrintKOK does not accept returns/refunds/replacements if you change your mind after receiving the product in good condition.
  • We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or misdelivered. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping information and are available to receive your order.
  • We cannot offer a refund if the delivery fails because of a mistake in the shipping address or because you are not home. We also cannot offer a refund if the product is lost after it is delivered to your home, as long as the shipping company confirms that the order was delivered.
